At Gemmacious, we offer both domestic and international shipping. All Gemmacious shipments are well-packed, secure, and risk-free. Buyers can easily track their orders using the tracking number provided to them. We encourage all customers to go through our shipping policy before placing an order. Shipping within Pakistan
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available on orders above PKR 15,000/-
- We provide free shipping on orders above PKR 45,000/- Shipping charges of minimum PKR 500/- apply on orders below PKR 45,000/-
- Delivery of orders can take 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch
- If a buyer is buying a loose gemstone, the order will be dispatched in 2-3 business days
- If they get a ring, pendant or bracelet made from in-house products, that is from Gemmacious. Then, it can take 7-15 business days to dispatch the order.
- If they request any additional certificates when buying loose gemstones, it can take a minimum of 5-7 business days to dispatch the order Note
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the buyer's location in Pakistan. The delivery time for custom design ring/pendant/bracelet may vary depending on the design complexity and location.
International Shipping
- Cash on delivery option (COD) is not available on international orders
- We provide free shipping on orders above 15000 USD
- Shipping charges of 100 USD apply on orders below 15000 USD
- Postal shipping can take 10-15 business days to deliver from the date of dispatch
- Express shipping can take 7-10 business days to deliver from the date of dispatch
- All international orders are shipped via trusted courier services FedEx International, DHL International, and UPS Note
